Travancore Heritage resort is a very charming hotel with its elegant look. It is located near the sea within a span of 15 acres imbibed into the lush green coconut trees. It standstill on a high-cliff overlooking the magnificent Arabian sea with a view of long sandy beach. LOCATION: The Hotel "The Travancore Heritage" is located to the south of Kovalam and a half an hour (24 km) drive from the airport. Distance to the spacious Chowara Beach is less than 100 meters.

Hotel Territory: The hotel was designed in the historic architectural style of Kerala buildings and are surrounded by dense vegetation of tropical garden, which creates a unique atmosphere of comfort and tranquility. Neatly tiled footpath connecting numerous green lawns and flower beds, scattered amidst lush tropical gardens. The main two-storey building of the hotel and specially designed Kerala houses made of natural materials looks traditional for these places with original sloping wooden roof. All buildings have a variety of fine jewelry decorated with carved wooden details.

Travancore Heritage Room Types:

The hotel has 90 elegantly decorated rooms with breathtaking views of the sea or the lush garden:

1. Beach Grove - 24 rooms, located in a three-storey building The Beach Grove equipped with an elevator. Rooms have bedroom, bathroom, balcony, veranda and sea view;
2. Heritage Premium and Heritage home - 45 rooms. Master bedroom with sitting area, spacious bathroom (partly in the open air);
3. Premium Mansion and Premium Suite - 19 spacious rooms with panoramic views of the sea, bedroom, balcony and private bathroom;
4. Pool Mansions Suite - 2 detached villas with living room and bedroom, sundeck, private pool and garden will satisfy the most refined tastes of the visitors. The rooms have a mini-bar, telephone, TV, safe, electric kettle.

TREATMENTS: In Travancore Heritage tourists can receive Ayurvedic treatment of diseases such as arthritis, psoriasis, obesity, nervous system disorders (anti-stress). There are several types of massage, anti-aging and other procedures available in the resort. It has its own private garden, where herbs and plants are grown for making medicines.

RESTAURANTS: The large restaurant with a magnificent view of the sea at the same time hold up to 80 people and offers a huge selection of national dishes, made with fresh seafood. The cozy grill restaurant on the beach hotel offers traditional European dishes. In «The Travancore Heritage» also has a restaurant with only Ayurvedic (vegetarian) menu.
